How can I make a purchase on TejaJeglichDesign website?
It’s simple. Choose products you like and wish to purchase. Then add these items to the basket and click to the cash register. A form to fill out will appear. We need these data for successful purchase and delivery of products. The system will guide you to the payment method, where you choose how you want to pay. Make a purchase and your confirmation will be waiting for you in your e-mail box.
What can I do if the product does not arrive within the agreed time?
In such case, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com and we shall solve the problem together.
Do you also ship to countries outside Slovenia?
Yes, we ship our products all over the world. It is possible, however, that additional shipping charges occur due to customs or taxes. Of course we inform you about this before sending you the package.
How can I return a product if I am not satisfied with it?
With distance contracts the consumer (according to Article 43 of the ZVPot – Consumer Protection Act) has the right to return the purchased goods within fifteen (15) days after accepting the shipment, without any compensation. However, the customer is obliged to bear the costs arising from the return of the purchased item (shipment). The products must be unused, undamaged, in unchanged quantity and in their original packaging, which must be intact (in accordance with Article 36 of the Consumer Protection Act), otherwise the return of the goods will be rejected. The customer must include a copy of the invoice and personal data and the number of transaction account on which they wish to receive the refund. The option of refund does not apply to custom made products – according to customer wishes.
The buyer must inform the provider in writing about the intended return within 15 days of accepting the goods by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods within 15 days after the notice was sent to TejaJeglichDesign, d. o. o., P.P. 70, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia.
The return of the goods received within 15 days after receiving the goods without prior written notice shall also be considered as a withdrawal from the purchase. The provider shall return the purchase price no later than within 15 days after receiving the returned goods.
In case of withdrawal from the contract where the promotional or discount code was used, this amount is considered as discount and not returned to the customer. Only the paid amount is returned to the user’s bank account, and at the same time, the promotional code is returned to the user as a new code. In case of withdrawal the gift certificate is considered as means of payment and is returned to the user as a gift certificate.

What payment methods are possible?
For residents of Slovenia direct transfer to the company’s bank account is possible. For international clients, secure credit card payment and PayPal system are available.
What materials do you use?
We use the natural leather, artificial leather, polyester, microfiber, acrylic glass and galvanized chains.
Can you make bags and backpacks according to my wishes?
Of course. You can design the product using the configurator on our website. We can also engrave an inscription or a logo. Please write to our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and state your wishes.
When do I receive the ordered items?
For products in stock delivery time is 3-5 working days, for custom products/products designed using our configurator delivery time is 3-5 working days.
